Casa em Fontainhas

The heritage Latin Quarter of Panjim, Fontainhas, is known for its colourful Portuguese-style villas with sloping red roofs and quaint sit-outs. This puzzle captures the beauty of these homes tucked away in the narrow lanes, pockets of calm in the middle of what is now a tourist hotspot. 

About the artist 

Manuela Mendonça Gomes is a Goa-based artist who loves incorporating iconic elements of Goan architecture, flora, fauna, and everyday scenes in her work. She works primarily with acrylics on canvas and also enjoy exploring the subtleties of watercolours on paper.
